Areas are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew if needed....

 

Based on your preference, rotted wood is replaced, all loose paint is scraped and / or sanded and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are filled with premium siliconized caulk to prevent water intrusion.

 

Repaired areas are primed with premium oil-based primer 

 

Application of paint (2 coats)

 

Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work.

 

After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work
